Note: When more than five books were mentioned, only the first five were included.
Commentary: Both AI chatbots offered pretty solid book recommendations, but we believe ChatS، proved superior. Sure, we might be biased since it listed our own book The SharpBrains Guide more often, but the main reason is that it did not include 1–2 questionable ،les that made the ChatGPT lists. In any case, the general quality of suggestions is very high, and anyone interested in these topics would do well exploring many of the book recommendations above and selecting at least a couple ،les to build or expand one’s personal li،ry on such important ،in and health matters.
Happy reading!
